Abstract

In this paper we briefly review several concepts that are central to the design of spectrum management algorithms emphasizing on pricing. These include: (1) FCC auctions, (2) single-unit auctions (3) peakload pricing. Based on these concepts and models, we propose a new pricing spectrum's pricing model for the CAB operated by the spectrum broker for homogeneous CDMA networks.
