N2 - Based on the combination of space time modulation and chaotic frequency hopping (FH) techniques, a novel scheme of differential space-time modulation for chaotic slow FH system is proposed. This scheme collects the strong points of differential space-time coding and chaotic FH spread spectrum technology. It is high immune to interception and prediction by generating chaotic sequence as pseudo-noise (PN) code in a frequency hopping system. Meanwhile, it mitigates the multipath fading effects through obtaining the diversity gain. Simulation results of the bit error rate (BER) demonstrate its effectiveness.
