N2 - This paper considers the problem of channel estimation for space-time coded multicarrier CDMA (ST-MC-CDMA) systems. In particular, we propose a subspace-based blind channel identification algorithm which exploits the second-order statistics of the received signals and, thus, leads to higher channel utilization. Sufficient conditions for the applying the subspace-based method are also provided. The performance evaluation of the proposed algorithm is evaluated with simulations.
