Abstract
We consider a case of two Bose-Einstein condensates corresponding to different hyperfine states of the same atomic species. Both hyperfine states are coupled to the same excited state via distinct modes of a microwave cavity. If one of the condensates contains a sufficiently large number of atoms such that it may be treated as an undepleted pump field, then it is possible to adiabatically transfer the quantum state of the other condensate into one of the cavity modes that is initially in a vacuum state.
