Abstract

This paper describes an approach used to implement innovation management within an organization. The foundation of this effort centers on continuous innovation beginning with experimentation. Experimentation can be an effective means to generate and foster innovation in organizations where it is not a core competency or widely accepted. Establishing and driving innovation in organizations steeped in the traditional can be very difficult and you will face challenges in many areas, including, culture, structure, process, and resources. This paper will outline how leading with experimentation can help establish and grow an innovation culture within your organization.
