Abstract

The holographic imaging is applied to study a 48 k mw styrene/butadiene diblock copolymer mixed with 30% 25 k mw styrene homopolymer. The specimen was cast from toluene, annealed, cryomicrotomed and osmium stained. Philips 400ST-FEG microscope was utilized for the off-axis electron holography experiments. A diffraction contrast image of the specimen alternating styrene-rich and butadiene-rich lamellae was also presented.
