Abstract

We demonstrate phase-sensitive amplification i n p eriodically p oled lithium niobate nanowavguides, achieving a net gain of 11.8 dB and an extinction ratio of 14.9 dB for 1.2-ps pump pulse with 2.4-pJ pulse energy.
