Pilot-symbol-aided channel estimation with boosted pilots for MC-CDMA systems

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contributionpeer-review

Abstract

in this paper the performance improvement to the MC-CDMA pilot-symbol-aided channel estimator by using boosted pilot symbols is addressed. Simulation results in rayleigh fading multiuser environments show that selecting the appropriate level of boosting has an almost the same importance as selecting the number of pilots.
