Quantitative analysis of the effect of contact pressure on the reflection characteristics of radial pressure wave

Abstract

桡动脉脉搏波蕴含了人体丰富的生理、病理信息,对桡动脉脉搏波的无创研究可以评估不同年龄段人群的动脉血管弹性。实验利用压电式脉搏波传感器无创采集年轻人群体和中老年人群体在不同接触压力下的桡动脉脉搏波,并使用三角形血流模型拟合法分解桡动脉波形,得到前向波与反射波并计算反射参数,最后对接触压力Psensor与反射参数进行相关性分析和回归分析。结果表明,两类受试者中反射参数RM、RI、Rd 均与Psensor具有较强的负相关性,且两类受试者的相关系数及回归曲线斜率有显著差异(P<0.05)。基于此研究结果,临床上检测桡动脉反射波时,应当避免对传感器施加过大的接触压力;同时表明,反射参数与传感器接触压力的回归曲线斜率大小也可能是量化血管弹性的一个潜在有效指标。.
