Abstract

We demonstrate a hybrid opto-electronic system to efficiently c lassify and reconstruct two-dimensional images. It utilizes nonlinear frequency upconversion with single-pixel detection and a deep neural network. It could find applications in Lidar, compressive sensing, and so on.
