Study of a nonlinear oscillator excited by colored noise

Abstract

The Duffing oscillator excited by colored noise is studied. Colored Fokker-Planck equation in several variables is derived by systematic adiabatic expansion and the reduced probability density function is obtained. The moments are also presented.
