    Abstract

The Helix project of the Systems Engineering Research Center (SERC) is looking for solutions to help organizations increase the effectiveness of their systems engineering workforce by gathering data through interviews, site visits, and surveys with systems engineers and their peers in management and leadership. The responses provided by the participants are documented and analyzed. Representing data using data visualization techniques for text analysis would provide organizations with a visual access to huge amounts of data in a format that can be interpreted easily. This study aggregates the data collected through interviews, analyzes it using text analysis techniques and models different form factors to give a visual output to organizations to exercise the changes observed.
