Abstract

The mixed ligand mononuclear copper(I) complex of formula [CuI(PPh3)(DPPZ)]·DMF (DPPZ = dipyrido[3,2,-a:2′,3′-c]phenazine) has been synthesized and has been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method, FT-IR spectrum, the electrospray ionization mass spectrum and the thermogravimetric analysis. The pairwise π-π stacking between DPPZ ligands exists through the crystal lattice.
