Towards geometric modeling of the atria using optical coherence tomography

Abstract

We present an optimized stitching algorithm utilizing Euclidian Distance Matrix to develop geometrical models of the atria from optical coherence tomography images. Our methods are demonstrated in fixed canine and fresh rabbit atria.
