Abstract

In today's era of globalization and due to the recent technological and social changes (especially here Web 2.0 and Generation Y), organizations are transformed in an economic environment that is more than ever competitive. In the context of the Social Organization - the "Organization 2.0"- in the 2.0 age-, user participation, social networking, online communities, mass collaboration and open innovation have become new levers to put collective intelligence and Social Capital at the service of the organization to boost its performance and to develop its creative capabilities. In such an organization, all workers can equally participate in using, sharing and creating information and knowledge. Faced with these changes, organizational models and enterprise strategies must necessarily be adapted and even sometimes be rethought. Business and organizational models will be in the forefront in this evolutionary context.
