Abstract
By means of electrophysiological investigations, GC- and GCMS-analysis of gland extracts and GC-analysis with EA G -detection (Z)-9-dodecenyl acetate was proven to be a component of the sex pheromone of female Cnephasia longana moths. (E)-9-dodecenyl acetate acts as a pheromone inhibitor, as shown by field trials.
